After being in a Senior Management position working for a large corporate estate agency for 12 years, the idea of change, and being the ‘go to’ person for problem solving and advice, to going to the person who knows nothing, and is constantly in need of help, terrified me. However, Matthew Iles, of The Ambitious Group was behind me from the get go. Having worked for the same agency himself, he was very relatable and was able to provide me with some calm over taking the leap of faith to swap employers. Matthew has been on hand pretty much consistently, and provided as much, or as little support as I needed. I don’t know where to start- I was only looking to see what was available and Ross contacted me with a potential job that lined up with my experience etc. To cut it short- I had a fantastic experience, Ross was personable and clear , very understanding to what I would be interested in and knew I wasn’t applying for any old job, it had to be the right move. I’m now 4 weeks into my new role with a really modern, staff focused and people driven company and it wouldn’t have been possible without Ross.
