HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

Where it is necessary for the performance of our contract with you or for our internal business processes, we may share your Personal Information with our suppliers, contractors, third party partners (including any investors we may work with), prospective candidates/clients, and any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

In addition, it may be necessary to disclose your Personal Information if we are under a legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our Terms of Use or Terms and Conditions and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of The Ambitious Group, our customers, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

OUR SECURITY AND DATA RETENTION MEASURES, AND ANY TRANSFERS WE MAKE OUTSIDE OF THE EEA

All Personal Information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers in the European Economic Area, and we take steps to protect your Personal Information from unauthorised access and against unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction and damage. To the extent that we take any payments from you, these will be encrypted. CANDIDATE AGREEMENT

  • I agree to hold any intellectual property, confidential or proprietary information, or information about Ambitious, or its clients ("confidential information") in trust and confidence and agree that it shall be used only for the contemplated purposes i.e. assisting me with finding employment and shall not be used for any other purpose, or disclosed to any third party.
  • No copies will be made, or retained by me, of any written confidential information supplied, without the prior and written permission of Ambitious.
  • Confidential information shall not be disclosed by me to any third party, unless they also agree to execute and be bound by the terms of this Agreement, and have been previously approved by Ambitious and in writing.
  • I agree to make Ambitious aware of any further information that has not been requested on the Application or Career History Form and that is later considered relevant to positions I may subsequently find are suitable for me.
  • I understand that some of the contents of the Application form, Career History Form and Curriculum Vitae, will be used by Ambitious as the basis for approaching potential employers on my behalf and give them permission to do so.
  • I agree to inform Ambitious of any offer of employment that may be forthcoming through their endeavours and also to inform them should I consider making a direct application to an alternative recruitment agency, and/or an employer, based in the Estate Agency, Property related, or Financial Services sectors, after today's date.
  • I warrant to Ambitious that all information I have provided in relation to me and my qualifications, skills, experience and any other matters requested is true, accurate, complete and not misleading and that my responses to the questions above are accurate, complete and not misleading. I will advise and update Ambitious of any circumstances that may affect my employment or applications, this will include pending prosecutions, convictions, investigations or disciplinary proceedings.
  • I also understand that the service provided to me by Ambitious is done so without charge to me, but solely on the basis that I will undertake to ensure that I comply with the terms of this agreement in full. I further understand that should they be successful in finding me employment, they will receive a fee from that employer.
  • I understand that these are the Terms and Conditions for registering with Ambitious as a Candidate and that by completing the Application Form, I agree that I will be deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions, in full, without modification, or amendment. These Terms and Conditions will form a legally binding contract between me and Ambitious and I understand if I do not accept these terms and conditions, in full, without modification or amendment, I must not complete the Application Form.
  • This Agreement and its validity, construction and effect, shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.

COMPLAINTS
Should you have any queries or complaints in relation to how we use your Personal Information, please contact us using the details set out below. Should you wish to take any complaints or queries further, you have the right to contact the Information Commissioner’s Office regarding such issues.

Our Website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. SOCIAL SHARING
