Maintenance Co-ordinator

LOCATION: West Yorkshire

SALARY: £18,000 - £23,000
Our client is a well established lettings agency based in Leeds who are looking for a dynamic and driven Maintenance Co-Ordinator to join their student team. The Maintenance Co-Ordinator will be required to deal with the day to day reactive and planned maintenance of properties within the portfolio. You will need to be a people person, with the ability to build rapport extremely quickly, and a very driven attitude.
Main Responsibilities:
 •Respond to maintenance requests on FIXFLO 
•Qualify the request with the tenant
•Appoint a contractor 
•Liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors until the job is closed 
•Monitor contractors and maintenance software to ensure the job is completed within our stated timescales 
•Quote Landlord where required and deal with Invoice authorisation
•Signing out keys to contractors
•Notify tenant of access / works carried out and following up work completed
•Confirm completion with Tenant
•Updating areas of the property management database
•Ensuring tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
•Project manage planned maintenance
•Organise gas safety certificates, electrical certificates
•Manage Inspections and notify tenant of property Inspection dates
•Respond to Tenancy Related Queries
•Assist team with arrears, tenancy renewals and end of tenancy
•Arrange and assist in conducting Check-outs and Inventories
•Liaise with Tenants and Landlords at every stage to ensure outstanding service
•Calculate Deposit Deductions
•Mediate between Landlord / Tenant on deposit deductions
Hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm
1 in 4 Saturdays 10am to 2pm
