Operations Coordinator

LOCATION: West Yorkshire

SALARY: £25,000 - £
BENEFITS: plus bonus
OTE: £35,000
Our client is a Building Regulation Compliance Specialist with national coverage who provide comprehensive ranges of services for the commercial and domestic markets and work on all levels of requirements up to multi million pound developments.  Due to expansion they are looking to recruit an Operations Coordinator to form an integral part of the team.

Job Role:

•Coordinate desktop based/site testing works to be carried out
•Send confirmations to all parties involved
•Produce and send all paperwork required
•Follow up works carried out
•Raise invoices
•Handle all compliance needed for the company
•Some Administration duties including plan checking
•Provide high levels of customer service at all times

Candidate Requirements:
•Excellent organisational skills
•High level administration skills
•Outgoing and articulate
•Strong IT strengths
•Able to work under pressure and in a fast paced environment

This role will involve the opportunity to go out to sites and see works being carried out to learn more about the business and working practices. 

This position would suit someone currently working in the retail sector or in a back office function to the construction industry.  

A 50/50 split of the role is dedicated to dealing with customers and self-administration tasks with a primary focus on supporting the sales /estimating function.

Salary: £25,000 plus bonus - OTE £35,000pa

Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm
