SALARY: £23,000 - £

Our client is an award winning, long established and highly regarded supplier to the Estate Agency sector.
 
We are now seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to join the team in the busy Newcastle office, both responding to incoming enquiries and working closely with new clients, welcoming them to the company, ensuring their joining process is seamless and a fantastic experience.
 
This is an ideal role for an already experienced Estate Agent who is perhaps seeking a change in direction, or an already experienced Account / Onboarding Manager.
 
The Role
 
•Build, maintain and enhance relationships with the already established Estate Agency client network
•Work closely with all new clients, ensuring their joining experience is of the highest standard
•Manage your own diary, ensuring every client is dealt with in a timely and prompt fashion
•Work with the internal sales teams to create regular reports and achieve goals
•Identify and deliver on any training requirements that may arise
 
The Person
 
•Have either an Estate Agency or Account / Relationship Management background
•Have exceptionally strong communication skills, able to engage with clients, colleagues and senior staff
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
