Commercial Property Management Assistant

LOCATION: West Yorkshire

SALARY: £16,000 - £18,000
Our client is an independent Commercial and Residential Agency with branches in the Huddersfield/Halifax area.
They are looking to recruit a Commercial Property Management Assistant to provide administrative support to the commercial property management team, in particular dealing ensuring the Landlords obligations are met and enforcing the tenant covenants under their lease primarily for payments and repairs. The role involves handling tenant queries, arranging repairs, chasing arrears and reporting to clients. Administering service charge budgets, year-end statements and the input of all information onto computer database WinMan and to include any required typing, dealing with enquiries, general administration and undertaking viewings.
So if you have:
•Ability to work on own initiative with limited supervision
•Excellent planning and organisational skills
•Be fully computer literate, able to operate office systems to a high level of competency (although department specific software training will be given)
•Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Ability to work as a member of a team and act upon instructions
•Sound numerical skills
•Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written and or verbal instructions
•Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work at all levels and provide excellent standards of customer service
•Ability to work to tight deadlines
•Full and clean driving licence plus access to vehicle for business use.
Salary £18,000 pa
