Lettings Consultant

LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SECTOR: Property Management
SALARY: £20,000 - £21,000
Our client is a rapidly growing estates and management company based in Manchester City Centre and they are looking to recruit an experienced Lettings Consultant to support the business and help grow the portfolio and oversee processes within the team. 
This role is dealing with the listing and letting of the properties and the check in and check outs working alongside the property management teams. This role so would suit a Lettings Negotiator with listing experience.
Key responsibilities
Conducting property viewings with potential tenants
Negotiating property lettings
Conducting check in/ out appointments with tenants at properties
Preparation of full colour photographic inventories in line with company standard template
Conduct property inspections on a three-monthly cycle across the portfolio
General ad-hoc duties as directed by Lettings Manager & Lettings Director
Travel to different locations will be required to meet business requirements
Ensure all landlord and property information is correctly obtained and all initial marketing requirements are met
Organising deposit release paperwork with tenants to pass over to accounts
General administration relating to the role and properties
Candidate requirements:
Experience of residential lettings 
Excellent team player with the ability to self-motivate
Ability to work autonomously
Intermediate working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook
Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets
5 day working week Monday – Friday
Salary up to £22k Basic and OTE of £27,000 uncapped
