Sales & Lettings Negotiator

LOCATION: North Yorkshire
SECTOR: Estate Agency, Property Management
SALARY: £18,000 - £20,000
OTE: £23,000 excellent long term career prospects
Due to continued success, we are now looking to recruit a Sales & Lettings Negotiator to work as part of an established team at this busy Estate Agency in the Richmond area.

This fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:
•Registering purchaser and tenant details and matching them to available properties
•Occasionally conducting property valuations
•Booking property valuations
•Occasionally carrying out accompanied viewings
•Negotiating property sales and lets, liaising between vendors and purchasers, landlords and tenants
•Working closely with other Negotiators, sharing information to secure additional business
•Recommending the company’s other products, such as insurance and financial services 
•Liaising with Solicitors, Mortgage Lenders and Surveyors as part of the Sales Progression process
•Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

The Person

You will either already be an experienced Estate Agent or have experience of working in a client facing sales role, with a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area.  You must have:

•Strong negotiation skills
•A good understanding of Estate Agency and the Sales and Lettings process
•A high level of commercial awareness
•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
•Good IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
•A keen eye for detail
•Able to work to targets 
•A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle

The Reward

•£18,000pa to £20,000pa depending on experience
•£23,000pa OTE
