Estate Agency Branch Manager & Valuer (Country Homes, Estates & Executive Property)

Our client is an established and prestigious Estate Agency specialising in the sale of Country Homes, Estates and Executive Residential Property across the North of England & Scotland

To be based in Cumbria, we are now seeking a highly experienced Branch Manager & Valuer to join the team, leading the company in the Director’s absence and valuing high end residential property for sale, with values ranging from £1m to £10m.

With complete operational responsibility and reporting to the Company Directors, this fast paced, exciting and ever evolving role involves:

•Managing a team of experienced property professionals
•Valuing and instructing high value residential property to the market, including Country Homes and Estates
•Working towards targets and agreed KPI’s, ensuring your branch maintains profitability
•Motivating and coaching your team, in addition to regular one to one appraisals and regular training
•Dealing with any enquiries from Vendors and Purchasers and resolving any problems before they arise
•Promoting the company’s additional products, such as Financial Services and ensuring your team are aware of these
•Keeping a close eye on the local market, noticing any changes and recognising opportunities

An already experienced Estate Agent you will have a proven track record of working at the very top end of the market and be able to demonstrate a clear passion and deep understanding of property.  

Minimum Requirements

•5 years Estate Agency Branch Management and Valuing experience
•Experience and proven track record of valuing Country Homes, Estates and Executive Residential Property and instructing them to the market for sale with a minimum of value of £1m.  It would be desirable if you have valued over £5m, but this is not essential
•Be a skilled networker, able to attract new business opportunities at every level
•Excellent people skills, with the ability to motivate, train and encourage
•A high level of commercial awareness
•RICS, NAEA or NFOPP qualifications would be an advantage
•A full UK driving license
